1. Appointments & Consultations
All new clients must schedule a consultation before certain services, including Sisterlocks® or
Microlocks establishment. Please arrive on time; clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may
need to reschedule and may be charged a fee. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a
forfeited deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward the total
service cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Accepted payment methods
include cash, card, Zelle, or Square. Prices may change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the appointment. Failure to cancel
within the timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Repeated
cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
4. Service Policy
We strive for excellence and client satisfaction. If concerns arise with your results, please
contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made at the stylist’s
discretion. Refunds are not available for completed services.
5. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service. We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with open wounds, lice, or contagious conditions.
All tools and stations are sanitized according to state board regulations.
6. Product Purchases
All product sales are final for hygiene reasons. If a product is defective or damaged upon
arrival, contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Private label and lock care products are for
personal use only and not for resale without written consent.
7. Privacy & Data
Client information is confidential and used only for booking, communication, and personalized
services. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
8. Promotions & Referrals
Promotions and referral rewards are subject to change without notice. Discounts cannot be
combined unless otherwise specified.
9. Liability
By receiving services, clients acknowledge that results vary depending on individual hair type,
maintenance, and health. The salon and staff are not liable for damage caused by improper
at-home care, non-recommended products, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
10. Policy Changes
All Things Natural reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates
will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
